Microsoft Outlook and OneNote integration rollout

Situation:
One of the strongest aspects of the Microsoft Office family is the ability to utilize apps together for an overall seamless experience for the user. Microsoft Outlook and OneNote are a match made in heaven for saving and organizing anything from dog pictures, email snippets, and that next great idea.

Action:
Embedded as a contractor with OneNote’s UX and product team, my main objective was to raise awareness of the Outlook/OneNote integration, doing so with an email campaign designed using core guidelines. From there, I was able to create a suite of illustrations and interstitial designs/gifs for the interface itself. All design executions were tightly branded under the Office 365 look and feel, allowing for a smooth transition across apps, both in-browser and native on devices.
