Situation:
Every year, the Leafly Editorial team dutifully publishes a cannabis jobs report because the federal government as of 2020 does not collect data on cannabis sector jobs. It’s a state-by-state breakdown of growth, hardship, and opportunity across the United States. This Cannabis Jobs Report informs and delights both industry and non-industry publications.

Action:
As this was a special initiative with the Editorial Team, I was wholly responsible for directing the look and feel, and producing all materials. Working in conjunction with the Editorial team to copy edit, I offered realtime updates round-the-clock while creating deliverables including: a print brochure that folds into a poster, a digital PDF, media kit assets, and social content assets.
